#21dayfix FINAL RESULTS: I lost 7 pounds and 2.5 inches. I lost inches in my waist, hips and chest and gained muscle in both biceps and thighs. Did I follow the eating plan 100%? The answer to that would be no. I definitely could have done better. I let the 4th of July throw me off course. Completely my fault. Am I happy with my results? YES! I realized a week into the 21 days that I wasnt in the right calorie bracket. I moved up a bracket and felt much better! I would highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to jump start their weight loss journey! This will teach you portion control and the right foods to eat!
