22 June Live Music night I have written to all those who paid, all the comings who have not as yet paid. And the maybes too. This will be my last message now on this wall unless something very unusual comes up. We are going to be extremely busy which I welcome indeed, what a marvellous comeback. Here is the situation . 4 musicians, still some seats left and finally this Live Music on Saturday June 22nd see here eventbrite/event/6429499807# If you have yet to decide I am writing to all those who have not as yet purchased tickets to outline the following On line sales at £15 per ticket ends on Saturday 8 June. It will then increase to £20 and nearer the time to £25. Here is our programme details and other things you might like to know in advance as I am not sending any further messages out of courtesy and also as it is keeping me really busy …. We hope to see you on way or another –whether this time or next… Thanks for your interest! My best wishes to you Anne White Just letting you know • We reserve seats for all paid tickets. We will hold them until 8.15 . The show starts at 8.30. Doors open at 7.30pm. The venue are offering a cheaper pre 8pm food and drink choice. • If you have already paid -a Team member will show you seats that you can choose from on entry.. • Programme for the night is here planetegypt.co.uk/_programme.shtml. Our band –so far- consists of keyboard, violin, and drummer with a singer. I am considering adding more though….. • If you have specific seating needs do let me know. By 20th June latest. • We are block reserving all paid for -seats as they get priority from 7pm. We are reserving seats for those special customers we know well (who have not paid as yet) and you will be shown where they are and can determine the best for yourself. If you have a table booked (for 3 or more) we will take you to it. For unpaid guests with reservations we will save seats until 7.45. You need to email me about this by 12th June • If you are coming by yourself have paid, and need company please let me know by 20 June and I will ensure that you are on a friendly and sociable table • The venue have yet to create a menu for this night please contact them direct about this silk-nightclub/ • Over 18s Policy is in place as it is a night club • Finally if you are celebrating anything that night- do share it with me. And if there is a particular song you would like the band to play do feel free to mention it as the band will be taking requests
