225,000 persons waiting on GOVERNMENT to provide HOUSING - 225,000! - you cant tell me any so called free market economic SYSTEM in which this huge number of persons are DEPENDING on PUBLIC housing, hasnt fundamentally collapsed - its either that large numbers of persons are REMOVING responsibility from THEMSELVES for providing their homes and passing it onto GOVT, or that PRIVATE Construction contractors dont understand much about SUPPLY v DEMAND?
