Meanwhile at 4:00 am today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 660 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur (7.9°N, 132.3°E). Forecast: Bicol region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao region, Northern Mindanao and the province of Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Ilocos region and Central Luzon will have cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the whole archipelago with moderate to rough seas.
