24-HOUR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST Issued at: 5:00 PM 31 December 2014 Synopsis: At 4:00 pm today, Tropical Depression “SENIANG” was estimated based on all available data at 290 km South Southwest of Cuyo, Palawan (8.3˚N, 120.6˚E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 kph near the center. It is forecast to move West Southwest at 15 kph. Forecast: Southern Palawan will experience rains with gusty winds. Visayas, Bicol region and the provinces of Quezon, Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon will be cloudy with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have cloudy skies with light rains. Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Luzon, East to Northeast over Visayas and coming from Northeast to North over Mindanao with moderate to rough seas.
