FORECAST: Caraga, Northern Mindanao and Leyte provinces will have cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Samar provinces, Central Visayas and the rest of Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Light to moderate winds blowing from the east to northeast will prevail over mindanao and eastern visayas and coming from the southeast to south over the rest of the country. the coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
