24-Hour Public Weather Forecast Issued at 5:00 p.m., 29 October 2014 Valid beginning: 5:00 p.m. today until 5:00 p.m. tomorrow Synopsis: Tail-end of a cold front affecting eastern section of Central and Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon. Forecast: Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Eastern and Central Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula and the provinces of Romblon and Marinduque will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and Ilocos Region will exprience cloudy skies with light rains. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Eastern Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to northwest with slight to moderate seas.
