24% average increase is a wise move by Government, if it will be approved. You know, if you have 24% as an average it means highly paid servants will have increases below 24% and the lesser paid will have more say, 50%, 60% etc. That would go a long way to narrow the gap between the poor and the rich. It would be inhumane to have a 100% increase for everyone, highly paid and less paid. The correct way is for the lesser paid to have the higher increases, that way 24% is a good average that accommodates that structure. But anyway, propagandists would love to assert that Govt wants a mere flat 24% increase for everyone kkk, we shall always have them!
