24 hours post competition and I feel like Ive been hit by a truck, ran thru a garbage disposal and stepped on. Im cracking like a glacier, I appear to be a hunchback and I have more aches and pains than I can actually name. I tried to workout light today to keep the body moving and that made things worse. The thought of 2nd day soreness tomorrow makes me wanna puke... Thankful to have my girls to vent with.
