25 years We have been in business.. We have stood while other gyms have closed.. We have never desired to keep up with the bigger gyms with big names, big franchises.. gyms with big debt.. because they have so much stress to pay the blls, that their focus is money instead of people... We are a small, personalized gym for ladies.. Our success is not judged by our bank account.. but the difference that we make in the lives of others.... one soul at a time.. Thank you ladies for expressing your confidence in my knowledge, and trusting me with your bodies.. Thank you for verbalizing to me how much you love the gym, and our classes.. you keep me going. :)
