29 Oct - Day 15!!!!!!! (7th 30-days) MORNING WEIGHT - (Yesterday weighted 285.0) Today: 284.2 - Strayed from menu over the weekend, and unable to exercise. NEW GOAL - 280 EXERCISE: YESTERDAY: P90X: Kenpo-X & Combat 30 Kick-Start. Received New Workout program - Les Mills Combat. Looks fun and offers modification of exercises throughout. Thanks to P90X, I am more familiar with what further modifications I need to use - while still offering some benefit from the exercises. TODAY: 2Xs Combat: Power HIIT 1 YESTERDAYS INTAKE: MORNING: Coffee with work. (Preparing Worship Service for All Saints Day.) BREAKFAST: (Late Start) Body Armor SUPERDrink during workout: handful of Walnuts post-workout LUNCH: GC-Tabs, Protein Shake with Low-Fat Peanut Butter. DINNER: GC-Tabs, Kips Low-Fat/Low Carb/High Protein Gumbo. My own creation - see recipe posted separately. SNACK: Nuts. HYDRO - Water, 1 glass Ginger Ale
