These Led Clappers will be placed on the MOA Arena seats prior to the concert. For VIP Standing ticket holders, yours will be distributed upon entering the venue. For UBP ticket holders, yours will be included in the UBP Goodie Pack from Pulp. How to use the led clappers? The deflated led clappers will be given to you, upon getting them: 1. Pull out the tiny stick inside the led clapper plastic pack. 2. Insert in at the topmost of the clapper (take note of the arrow at the top) 3.
