2allak eh b2a? 2allak: Be firm on principle but flexible on method. - Zig Ziglar ..so, we all have PRINCIPLES, right? Even not having any principles for some people is in fact considered as a principle. Obviously, those principles differ from one person to another, depending on lots of EXTERNAL as well as INTERNAL factors. It is not only -as some might claim- your ENVIRONMENT and what influences your SURROUNDINGS had on you while you were growing up building those principles, but also it depends greatly on YOUR OWN PERCEPTION to this environment and your DECODING for these INFLUENCES, to DRAW your own MAP of your own perceived reality of this world; thats what you can call My PARADIGM. This MAP of how you receive the world, like any other map, has some KEYS and DIRECTIONS so you can navigate your way through it, those keys and directions are called PRINCIPLES. When your PRINCIPLES are clear and well defined enough, and when you stick to them and be FIRM on those PRINCIPLES, you are more likely to find the right paths for you to walk on this map amidst many other wrong misleading ones. The trick here is that: While being firm on your PRINCIPLES, you have to do your best to show great FLEXIBILITY when it comes to the METHODS you choose, and the methods you apply to be able to live by your own predefined PRINCIPLES, with minimum to low deviation from your own ORIGINAL MAP; your PARADIGM. As challenging as it might seem in the world we are living in today, but believe me when I say: its a CHALLENGE you will NEVER regret ACCEPTING in the BEGINNING, specially after SUCCEEDING in the END. And remember to do it all with a big SMiLE on your face ;) Good morning people )
