2minutes/day for 21 days in a row can reverse the brain to think more positively and work more optimiscally and think more successfully! Simple as expressing 3 new things of gratitude every day.. Around the dining table, to a friend/collegue or in your own thought pattern. This will allow you to see the positive before the negative! Great way to find endless happiness and live a wonderful life :)
