2nd ANNUAL STUDENT FILM FESTIVAL CALL FOR ENTRIES FROM THE WHITE HOUSE President Obama just announced the second annual White House Student Film Festival, and hes issuing a call for entries. Make a three-minute film about the impact of giving back, and it might get a screening right here at the White House.
