2nd set of 4 with 205 lbs x 15 reps.. in the video. Then i hit 250 for 10 reps on the last 2 sets. Ladies and Gentlemen this is a good technique to apply if you learn how to squat - try light weight first. When you will feel confortable add more weights and then take off the box to go lower.
