2nd video: I have seen some racks in use that are made of four rods of various diameter/thickness. The 4-rod assembly has platforms like in videos for placement of audio equipment. They may be commercially sold as specialty audio racks.. Some have got turntables on the top shelves. And the whole rack assembly is intentionally allowed to sway such that vibrations can be isolated or dissipated. I am not quite sure if it is actually a good and effective way of vibration isolation and dissipation when other problems inherent in such a structure/assembly exist - consider the resonance characteristics of such structures as shown in the 2 videos:
