We believe there are so many issues with our food system and while GMOs is our main focus, and indeed interlinked with so many other issues, we need to fix the whole system. WE SAY NO to GMOs WE SAY NO to toxic chemical sprays WE SAY NO to dangerous additives and preservatives WE SAY NO to factory farming WE SAY NO to fake food manufactured by corporations WE SAY YES to ban GMOs - in our food and in our fields WE SAY YES clean, healthy, safe food and water WE SAY YES to local, organic and free range produce WE SAY YES to real food grown by real farmers As part of the global event, on May 24th we march to ......................... FIX OUR FOOD!!!................................ It is the Natural Right of the people to be well nourished and consume nutrient dense, GMO free, whole, raw, fresh, unprocessed, locally raised foods and beverages, including water; It is the Natural Right of the people to save seeds and to grow food. We are living in an age of sickness.... 1 in 2 Australian men and 1 in 3 Australian women will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85. 2013 - number of Australians diagnosed with cancer 124,910 2003 - it was 52,792 1993 - it was 41,642 1983 - it was 25,911 Cancer, diabetes, auto-immune disorders, allergies, parkinsons, Alzheimer’s, depression, infertility and the list goes on, are all sky rocketing. The Pharmaceutical companies are raking in the $$$.
