3:25 A. M. this THURSDAY MORNING, THE 31ST OF OCTOBER, 2013, and all is quiet except for the ticking of my NEW WATCH, with real HANDS on it; in other words, not DIGITAL. How many can remember the NAMES of some of the OLDER FAMOUS WATCHES of a few years ago???? For instance; HELBROS, HAMILTON, ELGIN, WALTHAM, BULAVA, GRUEN, for example??? How many remember the theme, BULAVA WATCH TIME, or GRUEN, THE WATCH CONTOURED TO FIT A LADYs WRIST??? TOO much of the time today, if a WATCH ISNT DIGITAL, people cannot read the TIME. If, on the older WATCHES, the big Hand is on 12, and the little hand is on 3, the average person has to turn around and look at their CELL PHONE to interpret what the standard WATCH is indicating. Perhaps anymore, people need an IMMIGRANT INTRERPRETER along to tell them the time. In the meantime, with the TIME CHANGE coming up this week end, some of you might just get your STONE TABLET out, with the INSTRUCTIONS on it, to instruct you how to change the time on your ANCIENT SUN DIAL.
