Trouble broke out when police stopped unregistered pilgrims from going beyond Pahalgam. 3 Pilgrims were reportedly injured in the melee. Meanwhile Police sent back 4000 unregistered Amarnath pilgrims from Manigam. A police spokesman said that pilgrims having later date registration were sent back from the Manigam base camp.
