3 Days of Gratitude -- it couldnt have come at a better time! Thx Sylvia Schwander. 1) That my God is a God of mercy & love. When I first wake up, until I go to sleep and every minute in between, He looks at me with loving eyes. No matter my successes or shortcomings, He protects, loves, honors & respects me. My faith in His love has carried me through some rough times. 2) I am always grateful for Jean-Woman, my mother. From a scraped chin on picture day at 4 yo to a broken heart as grown woman, she has always kissed it & made it better. As a single mom she taught us right from wrong, how to laugh and how to continue to put one foot in front of the other during hard times. She is the strongest and best person I know. And she also gave me a passion for reading. (I am a book nerd.) 3) My beautiful daughters & our incredible relationships. Snuggling, laughing, talking, laughing, shopping, laughing, gossiping, laughing, watching them sleep and singing. Definitely the singing -- in the car, with the music loud. Their smiles! Theres nothing better than seeing them smile. Just the opportunity to be their cheerleader. Life is not perfect but our love is pretty close.
