3 Exercise: Lie on your side. Resting on one elbow and stretch the body entirely. Make sure your head is in direct line with the neck. Then lift the upper body and end up off the floor and lean on the bottom foot. Hold the position for 20-30 seconds, then switch to the opposite side. Tip!
