It LACKS blood flow. All you have to do is physically touch your worst problem areas and youll probably notice that its most likely ICE cold. But science tells us that if you increase blood flow you can extract and burn more fat from your problem areas. So how do you instantly create blood flow to your hard-to-get-rid-of areas? By working/contracting the muscles that are right next to your most stubborn fat. This is usually where the beginning of the spot reduction debate takes place...and sadly, where it ends. By itself, it does very little. But its only step #1. What weve done is set the stage and ignited the fire where spot reducing may be able to happen. We have 2 more steps!
