3 Ways to Change Your Life 1. Stop focusing on the negative! Concentrate all of your attention on the good and beautiful things in your life. If you are always looking at the negative, there will always be something negative to look at. 2. Serve! Feeling blue? Go help someone! Walk the dogs at an animal shelter, visit a nursing home with treats, or something as simple as helping your neighbor with yard work. Volunteer your time lifting others up and catalyzing positive change. 3. Make spiritual practice a priority! Meditation and yoga only work if you commit to them every day.
