3 contractors men are bidding to fix a broken fence at Inkandla, where Jacob Zuma Lives. The 1st was Mdelwa, the 2nd was Mandla & the 3rd was Olebogeng. They go with Inkandla official to examine the fence. Mdelwa takes out a tape & does some measuring, works some figures Well, he says, I figure the job will cost R900 000. (R400 000 for materials, R400 000 for my team & R100 000 profit for me). Mandla does some measuring & figuring, says, I can do it for R700 000. (R300 000 for materials, R300 000 for my team & R100 000 profit for me). Olebogeng doesnt measure or figure, but he leans over to the Inkandla official & whispers,R2 700 000. The official says, You didnt even measure how did you come up with such a high figure? Then Olebogeng whispers R1 million for me, R1 million for you, & R700 000 to hire Mandla to do the job! who do you think got d tender!!!????
