3 held for cheating in RRB exam : ALLAHABAD: Three candidates were caught cheating in the RRB examination conducted at different centres in Allahabad on Sunday. Around 54.8% of the candidates appeared. However, three candidates were caught cheating by a flying squad from different examination centers in the city. Talking to TOI, chairman of RRB, SK Mathur, said, Three persons have been caught using chits during the examination. They have been handed over to police. He also informed that the examination was conducted successfully at various examination centers in Allahabad and Lucknow. Allahabad city recorded 54% attendance with 28,044 candidates appearing for the exam out of 52,416. The attendance in Lucknow was about 55.65% with 33,815 candidates appearing out of 60,768 candidates. The examination was conducted for the post of technicians and loco pilots. Meanwhile, Government Railway Police and Railway Protection Force had a tough time controlling the high number of students assembled at Allahabad junction. - Times Of India | Jun 30, 2014.
