3-step Posterior chain activation series. The first clip shows a banded square walk with squats. 5 steps in each direction with 5 squats after a completed square. Maintain an athletic position with knees bent and toes forward. The second clip shows a stationary banded external rotation. Toes stay straight while pushing your knees out against the band. You can implement this activation exercise before squats or Olympic variations.
