3 years ago I made the decision to change my health and life!!! It has been a hard road of saying NO to carbs and cheats on my journey!! I have been stable in my weight loss and thank those who have supported me in the last 3 years!!!! It was the best choice in my lifestyle, thank you so much to weight wise of Edmond and to my team and to all my fellow gastric sleeve partners including my sister Stacie Clark Ball Tricia Garrity Rinehart Kara Kirby and one of my closest friends who has been going thur the process. The best choice of my life. Thank you to all my friends and family for the support though in the beginning it was a tough sell to some of my family! But you cant judge until you are in our shoes!!!!
