But I have seen many established democracies removing unfit elected head of states before the end of their term. I did some research and here are my findings. Elected executives do not have to finish their terms. In almost every single democracy in the world there is a way to initiate a "Motion Of no Confidence". In either parliamentary or a presidential states voters have the ability to prematurely end the head of government term. From Wikipedia "A motion of no confidence is primarily a statement or vote which states that a person in a superior position - be it government, managerial, etc. - is no longer deemed fit to hold that position. This may be based on said person falling short in some respect, failing to carry out obligations, or making choices that other members feel are detrimental.
