30 days ago i was in a very rough dangerous spot in life! i knew i needed help and admitting that was the hardest! i am forever grateful to have made that choice and to continue making positive choices. this has definitely not been an easy 30 days for me but i have grown stronger and more confident in myself. I need to work on setting healthy boundaries and learning how to cope with my daily struggles but i am determined to continue living life one day at a time and being grateful for that. I now know that i can do this and am proud of myself right now!
