33 years of being an Air Force dependent (brat) exposed me to all things flying - planes & choppers and what nots. Thats why living close by the flight path of the airport runway, with the constant hum drums of planes taking off and landing, does not bother me. I love that noisy sound. Reminds me of growing up in Fernando Airbase. But it is only in the recent days that I got to hear the loud pleasant noises of the C130 and helicopters again. Too bad it took a tragedy for me to experience the power and might of these birds, that they dont belong to us but to other countries, that they are off to a desolate place, but they come back with people on board with some semblance of hope. #C130 #Osprey #mabuhayPhilAirForce
