35 weeks pregnant and nursing my 2 year old. the past few weeks I have been having excruciating pain in my nipples at random. Like they swell and get firm. After a bit of research I realized this is my Raynauds affecting my nipples for the first time (I have never had a problem/pain nursing until now so I am assuming the hormones from my third trimester made things worse). Anyone else have vasospasms in their nipples related to pregnancy (or just in general)? What helped? Will this stick around after I have the baby (not looking forward to nursing 2 kiddos with lots of pain). I obviously noticed a the pain is awful when I switch temp to fast (walk outside, etc.) no matter how bundled I am. I cannot figure out how to manage this without living in a hot shower!
