As Food/Fudge Preparer (Part-time), you will be responsible for preparing fudge in compliance with presentation and quality standards, packaging product efficiently and professionally to meet deadlines for proper inventory levels. Must maintain all areas to the highest cleanliness standards. Position Preferences / Requirements: • Food handlers certification is a must • Prior food experience is required • Ability to make fudge or willing to learn • Experience tracking and projecting sales. Ability to plan quantity of product needed and assure proper steps in ordering ingredients, making the product in compliance with presentation and quality standards, packaging product efficiently and professionally to meet deadlines for proper inventory levels • Must be able to provide optimal guest serving ensuring that guest needs are met in a timely manner and that all areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards • Flexible schedule required; must be able to work weekends, early mornings and evenings • Experience with cash-handling and customer service experience is a plus This position requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
