36 years ago on a rainy Cape Town day, I married John Hattingh. We met on March 22 1978 and married less than 6 months later. I was a nurse in the Military Hospital and he was doing his compulsory military service. Our first son Jonathan was born September 13th 1979. We went onto have two more sons and adopted our daughter. We moved countries in 1989 and we enjoyed a wonderful life, with one interruption. In September 2008 we renewed our vows and now September 3rd 2014 we are celebrating 36 years together. Of those 36 years we have worked together for 32 in prosthetics. We fiercely protect whats important to us like our children, both our 2 legged and 4 legged. We both feel that we have been blessed in our life together, and paying it forward is the only way to show our appreciation. We put our faith and trust in God. I love you doll.
