Day 1 i joined this forum, stupid *** ***** are only talking abt girls manager behaviours.. and bla bla bullshit.! u will find this type of shit every where in IT cope with it. have balls man! The only thing that made me leave this organization is there is no hike specialy for freshers.. i was hired at 3lk and after two years my pkg was 3.37 lk what the **** man! my friends with same level in accenture getting good hikes and perdeems.. ! i never wanted to leave cts due to its friendly policies and the love i got from my whole department.... but this thing was realy hampering my growth.. when will the management learn to retain the crowd.. i got 90 percent hike for my switch... if they wud have given even 50 or 40 percent to my startin pkg.. i wud have never gone. plz look into it..
