3D obstetric ultrasound scan of a third trimester of a major fetal pathologic neural tube defect (ntd). The defect involves : 1- a defect of the occipital part of the vault of the skull at its junction with the base of the skull with, 2- encephalocele (partial or complete herniation of the intra-cranial contents through the bony skull defect), 3- remarkable extension of cervical spine with severe lordosis, 4- the thoracic and lumber segments of the spine show a severe form of spina bifida, and The combined occipital and spinal deformities are expressed as the typical Grotisque attitude of this NTD.
