Skills & Experience: Excellent understanding of 3GPP (UMTS/HSPA/LTE) technologies and hands-on experience from deployed networks. A strong familiarity and understanding of 3GPP/3GPP2 wireless standard is required Understanding of the GSM/UMTS/LTE protocol stack and call flows is required Proven track record with innovative problem solving and hands-on experience with UMTS/LTE network design, network troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and optimization is required Hands on experience with logging tools such as TEMS, QxDM Pro, etc. Hands-on experience with tools (e.g. Wireshark) for IP protocol suites data logging/analysis and troubleshooting Knowledge of GSM/GPRS/EDGE is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required.
