3rd Annual Nurturing Hearts Beautiful Girls Workshop Volunteer Opportunities We are in need of the following volunteers for both November 7th& 8th Thursday and Friday: A.) 3 Bus Escorts- one at East High, Central, and Strong Vincent High Schools. I will need each volunteer to be at their designated school by 2:15pm. The bus will depart the school at 2:30pm and transport the students to the GE Learning Center. The escort will ride the bus with the students and will be given a list that will include, those students’ names, who should be riding their bus. Also, you will be asked to take that list to the school office so that the secretary may call those students down to the office to board the bus. The bus will drop you back off to your car if you cannot stay for the whole workshop. Times needed 2:15pm-3:30pm (unless you want to stay for the workshop) B. 2 Door registration and sign in volunteers. Duties will include signing in students and checking them off the list, giving them a t-shirt, and brochure. Times needed: 2:00pm-3:30pm C. 2-4 Greeters Assist with food preparation (Taco Bell is our sponsor) Greeting and passing our literature Showing students where the bathroom and next presentation will take place.
