Today I am thinking of my mother because she was born on 10/22/22 ...miss her very much. Her name was Magdalena but she went by Lena and she was the force behind Rubinos Catering for 28 years along with my father. I was the one that got us into the Catering business through my music and playing out for weddings, clubs and other events. My moms sisters were all involved as well and the company lasted 28 years. My mom died in June of 2007 just 4 months before her 85 birthday and I was planning a big bash for her but sadly she died after having a heart attack in her nursing home but lasted 3 days in ICU. I Salute my mother as I was so Blessed to have such a great parent who did everything for me without reserve. R.I.P. Mom ! Love...your son Anthony......I am saying prayers for her and hope she along with the rest of all my family that have perished are in the Promised Land of God and his son Jesus Christ...Amen
