3rd member post is our member Alan Wilkinson 1st picture is before his weight loss.2nd picture is March of this year whilst training at the Fitness Factory!! And final picture was yesterday! Alan has lost his weight, a huge 8 stone over the past 4 years but he says whilst at our club and since just March he has lost at least another stone at the Fitness Factory has better body shape and his fitness stamina etc has never been better too and that It has certainly helped him get some sort of shoulder shape back. Well done Alan :)
