3rd weight loss target met. Now 2 stone lighter than when I began. Find it hard to believe Im sticking at it and still losing. This low sugar, low fat, no cakes, no chocolate, gym twice a week and the occasional drink thing is still working and thanks to everyone who has encouraged and helped me keep at it! Next aim is to slip under the BMI chart and become officially no longer overweight - not bad perhaps when you consider I started as obese, although I never felt obese, do any of us? A pound a week and come April Ill be classed as normal at least weight wise, then perhaps another new wardrobe :-)
