4 Hours until I do the intake and official welcome my new son, Stephen! I have fought long and hard to get custody of this young man, and Im so excited to get him OUT of Institutional living and INTO our family of Once Lost Boys I Love being a dad, and I cant wait to see what My Stephen will do with this new family and home. On other news, My Seth (13 years old) goes to court on Monday to officially update his permanency plan to Adoption by yours truly! Man, Can I be any prouder of My 3 Stooges? They are a Pain in Last weeks ass as my Nancy R Zackery would say, but I would not trade them for the world. It is truly remarkable the change that occurs in a person when they are responsible for, and love a child more than their selves. I finally understand what this whole rat race is about! I may have to see a shrink twice a week because I want to ensure every parenting choice I make is the best option, but we all have our little quirks. I am by far a perfect choice to be their parent, but they are perfect for me! I am their MAD! Dad with a touch of Mom! :)
