400m Track Runner. Lets Go. Well its about the time. This will be my first official workout at 24 hour fitness that just open up recently. Todays workout is Dip, Pullup, and Push Cardio workout out. Then immediately afterwards I swim (8), run (8), and jump(8) 24 laps in the pool total. A total body energy exertion workout. Im about to show up and showout in this Gym. My goal by the end of January 2015 is to be able to do 30 explosive reps pullups and dips each. FULL PULLUPS AND FULL DIPS. I need to see the full extension by the end of January for 30 reps.
