#4603 Personally I have been fooled when buying used textbooks. People not answering me when I ask what edition the textbook is and I just went ahead because I trusted them. And when I realized it was not of the correct edition, it was too late. It really upsets me because I understand students are all trying to save money, as am I. But I never lie to people, or neglect to tell the truth when it involves money. When people have messaged me back after the exchange saying its not the right one, I offer refunds. It has happened 3 times, but all 3 times turned out later that those textbooks were acceptable so the refunds were called off. Its devastating thinking as university students, some of us are already putting our own reputations on the line for few lousy textbooks. So question to all readers: would you offer refunds if the buyer later on messages saying she/he bought an incorrect textbook from you? Or just ignore the message?
