Hello all. We are just a few days away from The Whitewater Classic! This message is for families that have ordered LVW Group rate tickets through the Google Form. The show site is Perkins Stadium on the campus of the UW-Whitewater. Perkins Stadium 910 Schwager Dr Whitewater, WI 53190 This link will give you more information about the DCI portion of the show: dci.org/schedule/details.cfm?event=256 The three MACBDA Bands will perform at approximately the following times: LVW - 6:15; Sound of Sun Prairie - 6:30; Shadow Armada - 6:45. The DCI show begins at 7:00 PM. These tickets are not in reserved seating, so they are general admission. As long as we are seated before the LVW performance begins at about 6:15, we can have the pick of the best general seats as they are first come, first served. About two-thirds the way up the seating area, and just to the outside of the reserved seats will be the best place to view this show. If many of you can gather in the same area, we will have an LVW cheering section all to ourselves! Remember, the LVW members and staff will also be using these same general admission tickets, so if parents can try to save about an additional 65 seats or so in that section we will all be able to sit together. The LVW members will not arrive in the seating area until after they perform and change out of uniform, so your help in reserving these seats will be appreciated! The tickets will be distributed at the stadium prior to LVWs performance. Sharon Ragner, LVW mom, will be in the covered pavillion just to the left of the main gate to hand out the tickets. She will be there beginning at about 5:30 up until shortly after 6:00 when the show begins. Please have your money in hand when picking up your tickets. They are $5 each. Sharon Ragner will have a listing of everyone who ordered tickets through LVW so she can verify your order and the number of tickets reserved. You may also pay for your LVW members tickets at that time if you have not already done so. If paying by check, please make the check out to Lutheran Vanguard of Wisconsin, and indicate DCI Tickets on the memo line.
