DAY BY DAY the WORK will INCREASE JUST LIKE Telephone exchanges ,BROAD BAND SYSTEMS 2G , 3G Cell towers and Wimax systems ,WLL CDMA BTSs increseas .THERE is no limits to His section .His section will increases as New Technology comes With same man power and skilled/Unskilled Man power.He must be present at office for 8 hours 9 am to 5 pm and his job is 24 hours call duty. He has to work under radiation. THERE is NO SHIFT DUTY SYSTEM and no Work limit. With very less PAY and PERKS.Today YOUNG Public Sector telecom Engineers situation is WORST.
