**5:30 PM UPDATE** Moderate to heavy rainfall continues to fall across Lebanon County. The front responsible for this rainfall is very slow to move, however is progressing to the East non the less. Heavy rainfall is expected to redevelop over the next hour and continue moderate to heavy at times into the early evening hours before pulling out of our location overnight. Most locations within the county are well over a half inch, with some locations closing in on an inch of rain. An additional inch may fall over the next several hours so the National Weather service has placed Lebanon County under a flood watch until Thursday Morning and also placed Lebanon County under a flood advisory until 10 pm this evening as small creeks and steams along with low lying areas may start to flood.
