It’s all about the heart tick of approval bro. 3. Sleep for 3 hours per day cos you’re a robotic badass who can function off no sleep. Sleep when you’re dead – cool saying, horrible science. 4. Try to mix up every single workout. Ya know, to shock the body. And don’t follow a program, they’re for pussies. 5. Buy into dogmatic fitness views such as: ONLY eat Amazonian fruit, NEVER eat carbs, MUST eat 6 meals, NEVER do reps under 5 etc. etc. There’s never a one-size-fits-all approach. Be a guinea pig. Try, tweak, measure, experiment, repeat. 5.5. Be a complete douchebag in the gym. Leave it messy. Talk to no one. Be rude to the front desk staff. Laugh at the beginners poor form and dont help him. (OK, so I’m yet to find one iota of science to prove being a douche results in less progress. BUT it’s out there. Trust me. So just be awesome.)
