5.5 years, meaningful bonds, acquaintances , materialistic bonds, professional bonds, feeling confident, feeling inadequate, moving schools, moving back, switching majors, trying to cook, eating cafeteria food, parking tickets, community college, transferring, Los Altos, Long Beach, Los Altos, San Diego, understanding the definition of a best friend, tall cans, drives into the hills, drives to the city, drives to nowhere, hipsters, bros, underachievers, overachievers, nerds, introverts, extroverts, nice but dull, cute but dull, I love you, I hate you, I dont really care, hitting the gym, failing to hit the gym, study partners, teachers that were inspiring, teachers that were not so inspiring, finals weeks, all nighters, forgone extra credit, office hours, getting to know the library, forgetting about the library, craving the college experience, 60 unwashed loads of laundry, 700 fast food stomach aces, 2000 beer cans, 200 whats the address texts, 400 empty liquor bottles 500 blacked out blurs, 1000 late night tacos, 50 times almost getting arrested, 100 bro its not worth it speeches, 4 broken dishwashers, a couple trips to Mexico, 3 unpaid electric bills, wanting to form a band, putting that on hold, living with my parents, 50 get a job speeches, 20 stop hanging out with speeches, 100 Im proud of you speeches, missing home, missing school. I thought this day would never come and part of me wishes it never did. I am so thankful for all of you that helped get me here. Its been a long journey, but I am finally ready to face the real world as a college graduate.
