5 Fundamental Implications of the Resurrection - 5 #.4. The resurrection marked final paradigm shift for saints: transition to son-ship It is also interesting that Yahshua gave the most critical message of the day of resurrection which still holds true till today to a woman to proclaim: that those who believe in Him can also walk in sonship with the Father just like Him! A woman was the first Evangelist, bearing the good news! John 20:17 (KJV)17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God. In other words, Yahshua was announcing the final transition of saints into a state Yahweh was their Father as He was to Himself. If this is so, then another glorious truth hidden by religion and misused by the pseudo-kingdom movement became an existential reality: we are called to function as ‘brethren’ of Yahshua! Let us not forget that those disciples had undergone two transitions already: 4.1. From sinners to believers with a servile heart, just following Him without understanding Him fully and their identity in Him. 4.2. In John 15:14-15, Yahshua announced their transition from servants to friends because of their obedience and faithfulness. 4.3. He was now announcing through Mary Magdalene that His resurrection had sealed the deal through which His disciples and all saints are to walk as sons of the Father on earth and His brethren! As a matter of fact, this was the real purpose for which He was incarnated: to bring many sons to glory. Adam and Eve walked as sons of Elohim until they fell (Genesis 5: 1-3). The restoration process that heaven decreed had found perfect completion in the death, burial and resurrection of Yahshua! Hebrews 2:9-18 (KJV)9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.11 For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,12 Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.13 And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; 15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.16 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.18 For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted. Sonship is beyond and above gender, age, size, wealth, race, location! It is a state of heart and mind that is totally liberated from bondage to self; love of the world and the loop of Satan in any way.It is a state of maturity in Yahshua that enables one to take responsibility to be manifest His nature, love and Power. Sons of Yahweh in the earth realm are those with capacity to speak with Satan the enemy at the Gate, preventing Him from stealing, killing and destroying the heritage of Yahweh on earth! Galatians 3:26-29 (KJV)26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.29 And if ye be Christs, then are ye Abrahams seed, and heirs according to the promise. He made you a son! You are not a slave or an orphan, but rather a son in the House of your heavenly Father in the earth realm! We are seated with Yahshua in heavenly places far above all principalities and powers! He too is seated in the throne of our hearts by the same Holy Spirit who raised Him from the dead! Glory!!! Dump the Slave mentality! Kick out the Orphan mindset for you are truly a son of Elohim, Creator of heaven and the earth! WOW!!! tbc
